1. About UsThe Founder’s Atelier operates as a coaching and mentoring service under Dainty London ltd. We provide business coaching, mentoring, consultancy, and educational services to product-based business founders.
2. Services Provided
Our services include, but are not limited to:
One-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions
VIP Intensives and full-day strategy sessions
Multi-week mentorship and coaching programmes
Access to curated industry contacts (“Black Book”)
Educational resources and business guidance
All services are delivered online and/or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
One-to-One Sessions & VIP Days
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Programmes & Mentorship
Once a programme has begun, no refunds will be issued.
You may request to pause or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, subject to availability.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional guidance, strategy, and support, business success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue levels, press coverage, wholesale partnerships, or business growth.

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We will never share your business details, strategies, or personal information without your written consent, unless required by British law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methods, and content provided through The Founder’s Atelier - including the Five Pillar Method - remain the intellectual property of Dainty London Jewellery.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
8. Use of Network & Introductions
Introductions to third-party experts are provided as a professional courtesy. We are not responsible for the services, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party providers you choose to work with.
